Sarah Odegaard focuses her practice in product liability litigation, defending companies in complex negligence and products liability cases involving catastrophic personal injuries and wrongful death. Sarah also handles consumer warranty and consumer fraud-based litigation for automobile manufacturers. Sarah has litigated a wide range of disputes in state and federal courts. Before joining Snell & Wilmer, Sarah represented common interest developments in litigation and transactional matters. Prior to that, Sarah litigated childhood sexual abuse cases at a national firm based in Minnesota.
