Biography

Sarah Delaney is a member of Snell & Wilmer’s special litigation and compliance practice group, focusing her practice on internal investigations, international trade, government relations, and commercial litigation. In addition to her litigation practice, Sarah advises and counsels clients regarding the False Claims Act, the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, export controls and international trade best practices.

Prior to returning to private practice, Sarah served as an Assistant United States Attorney at the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Texas, where she investigated and prosecuted cases involving the False Claims Act and Controlled Substances Act.  She also defended the United States and federal agencies in a wide range of civil matters, including constitutional and regulatory challenges, employment discrimination, immigration, and medical malpractice.
