Sandra Brown focuses her practice in commercial litigation, emphasizing the financial services industry. She has represented major financial institutions in disputes involving federal and state consumer protection statutes, breach of contract issues and tort law claims and lender and servicer liability related to mortgage lending, loan servicing, foreclosure, credit issues and various other issues involving consumer finance. Specifically, Sandra’s experience includes defending financial institutions from claims involving fraud and misrepresentation, wrongful foreclosure, Truth in Lending Act (TILA), Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) and Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA).
