• Represented private equity real estate investment company in its acquisition as well as debt and equity financing of a multifamily property in San Antonio, Texas
• Represented a private equity real estate investment company in the $70M sale of its newly developed mixed-use project in San Diego, California
• Represented publicly traded real estate investment trust (REIT) in its sale of several single-tenant triple net properties
• Represented family office in a nearly $60M sale of a multifamily property located in King County, Washington, where the property served as the “downleg” of a 1031 exchange
