Biography

Riley Coggins is a real estate associate in Snell & Wilmer’s Salt Lake City office, where he advises owners, investors, commercial developers, and homebuilders on a broad range of real estate matters throughout the Western United States. His practice includes land use and zoning, entitlements, and development strategy, as well as commercial and residential development, property acquisitions and dispositions, office and retail leasing, title and survey issues, real estate financing, and the formation and management of homeowners’ associations.

Riley regularly advises clients on industrial projects, master-planned communities, mountain resorts, retail centers, office buildings, subdivisions, and the real estate aspects of mining operations. He frequently works with both national and regional homebuilders and developers to help guide projects from initial planning through development and completion. Riley is known for being detail-oriented and for communicating clearly with clients so they understand each step of the process.
