Biography

Riley Coggins is a real estate associate in Snell & Wilmer’s Salt Lake City office, where he advises owners, investors, commercial developers, and homebuilders on a broad range of real estate matters throughout the Western United States. His practice spans commercial and residential development, property acquisitions and dispositions, land use and entitlements issues, office and retail leasing, title and survey issues, real estate financing, and the formation and management of homeowners’ associations. Riley’s experience includes counseling clients on industrial projects, master-planned communities, mountain resorts, retail centers, office buildings, subdivisions, and real estate aspects of mining operations.
