Remy Smith is an associate in the firm’s Labor and Employment Practice Group, where she advises employers on a broad range of workplace safety, regulatory compliance, and risk management matters. Remy works closely with clients to navigate federal and state workplace safety and health requirements, helping them maintain compliant and effective operations.
In addition to counseling clients, Remy collaborates with partners and of counsel to prepare for and participate in settlement conferences, hearings, and depositions. Through this work, she supports employers in addressing complex workplace issues and mitigating potential liability.
Remy received her J.D. from the University of Kentucky College of Law and her B.A in Psychology and Economics from the University of Kentucky.
