Ray G. Lombardi focuses his practice in corporate & securities as well as commercial finance.
Lombardi focuses his corporate & securities practice in the areas of mergers & acquisitions, venture capital and private equity financings, securities offerings, SEC reporting and compliance, and advising corporate boards. He has experience assisting clients on these matters in a variety of sectors, including strategic buyers and sellers, private equity and venture capital funds, family offices, start-ups and emerging businesses, as well as established public and private companies. Prior to joining Snell, Lombardi spent time at the Securities & Exchange Commission working in the Division of Enforcement.
In his commercial finance practice, Lombardi focuses his practice in and has experience representing regional and national banking associations with transactions regarding refinance, development, and construction loans.
Mr. Lombardi is only licensed in Colorado and his practice is limited to Colorado law. Mr. Lombardi is not licensed to practice Arizona law.
