Biography

Ray Banker is an Urban Planner bringing over 12 years of professional experience within both the public and private sectors. He provides entitlement and development services for the firm’s clients including land use/zoning due diligence, initial site evaluation, and supporting with full entitlement processing (zone changes, land use permits, and variances). Ray provides technical support for processes such as site plan review, land divisions, subdivisions, easements, and abandonments of public right-of-way. He also coordinates public engagement efforts (citizen participation plans, neighborhood notification efforts, and preparation of required public participation reports).
