Rachel Lynn focuses her practice on corporate and securities matters. She represents businesses that need assistance with Securities Exchange Commission (SEC) reporting and corporate governance, corporate organization, mergers and acquisitions, public and private securities offers, venture capital financing, fund formation, and franchising and distribution.
Rachel also is a member of Snell & Wilmer’s Diversity Committee and serves as a member of the firm’s Attorney Development Committee.
