Rachael Motzkus is a real estate attorney focusing on commercial development, office and retail leasing, acquisitions and dispositions of real property, title insurance, entitlements and land use issues, real estate financing, and partnerships and joint ventures. Rachael assists a wide variety of clients ranging from landowners, developers, and tenants to real estate investment trusts (REITs) and asset management firms. Rachael handles a number of clean energy real estate projects including solar and wind land acquisition and development. She also has particular experience assisting homebuilders and other multi-use commercial developers in all stages of acquiring and developing real property.
In conjunction with her practice, Rachael is a member of Snell & Wilmer's Community Involvement Committee and enjoys working with local nonprofit and community-based organizations. She is also an active member of the firm’s Hiring Committee and Attorney Development Committee.
