Rachael Motzkus is a real estate attorney focusing on commercial development, office and retail leasing, acquisitions and dispositions of real property, title insurance, entitlements and land use issues, real estate financing, and partnerships and joint ventures. Rachael assists a wide variety of clients ranging from landowners, developers, and tenants to real estate investment trusts (REITs) and asset management firms.
In conjunction with her practice, Rachael is a member of Snell & Wilmer’s Community Involvement Committee and enjoys working with local nonprofit and community-based organizations.
