Biography

Prescott Pohl is co-leader of our Private Client Services practice group. His practice is concentrated in estate planning and related controversies. Prescott’s practice includes counsel regarding taxes, trusts and estates, philanthropy, charitable organizations, family offices, closely held businesses, dealings with the IRS, and a variety of related sensitive issues concerning wealth and families.
