Prescott Pohl is co-leader of our Private Client Services practice group. His practice is concentrated in estate planning and related controversies. Prescott's practice includes a variety of private client matters including private foundations and other tax-exempt organizations, charitable donations, closely held businesses, confidential matters and dealings with the IRS.
