Biography
Paulina de Rosenzweig is an associate in the firm’s Real Estate Practice Group. Her practice focuses on real estate, corporate law, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, banking and financial regulation, and fund formation and private capital.
Paulina advises clients on the purchase and sale of real estate assets and on all aspects of leasing in Mexico, including structuring, development, and planning, as well as the preparation of contracts and other documentation for real estate transactions. She also advises clients on corporate matters, including entity formation, corporate regularization, and corporate transactions, and on compliance with their legal and statutory obligations.
