Biography

Noel Griemsmann is a senior urban planner who is certified by the American Institute of Certified Planners (“AICP”). Noel provides complete entitlement and development services for his clients, encompassing the entire development cycle from site evaluation and feasibility to entitlement processing and on through project permitting and final disposition of the resulting asset. With over decades of experience, Noel provides knowledgeable guidance in navigating complex governmental processes, including entitlements (rezonings, condition modifications, use permits, variances, and appeals), land division (subdivisions, lot splits, easements, and abandonments of public rights-of-way), construction permitting (design review approvals, site plan approvals, and construction plan reviews) and public engagement (citizen participation programs, neighborhood engagement, and stakeholder communication).
