Nia A. Sims is an associate in the firm’s Commercial Finance practice group. She has experience in drafting and reviewing ancillary documents associated with debt transactions for senior secured and mezzanine lenders. Additionally, Nia helps to guarantee the timely facilitation of secured transactions for investment and commercial banks.

Moreover, Nia collaborates with banking clients, lenders, paralegals, and opposing counsel to finalize the necessary filings to perfect security interests in collateral. Her experience also includes supporting credit facility amendments and incrementals utilized for financing acquisitions, buyouts, and corporate restructurings.
