Morgan Hicks is an associate in the firm’s Commercial Finance Practice Group. He focuses his practice on real estate and commercial finance matters. He represents regional and national banks, private lenders, and commercial borrowers, providing strategic guidance on a wide range of transactions, including loan originations and modifications, acquisition and construction financing, commercial and industrial lending, refinancings, syndications, and participations.
Hicks has experience across a variety of industries, including multifamily, hospitality, commercial, residential, industrial, health care, and energy. He regularly assists clients by drafting and negotiating loan documents, conducting due diligence, including title and survey review, and managing all aspects of the closing process. In addition to his core finance work, Hicks has experience advising clients on general commercial transactions and matters involving the cannabis industry.
