Michael P. Sandusky

Michael Sandusky is a member of Snell & Wilmer’s Real Estate Practice Group. His practice focuses primarily on representing real estate investment trusts—including healthcare REITs—in portfolio acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, and financing transactions. He also represents financial institutions, developers, and investors across a broad range of complex real estate matters and serves as a real estate advisor for corporate clients in complex transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and corporate reorganizations.

In addition, Michael regularly advises clients on transactions involving student housing, industrial, commercial, mixed-use, and residential properties, as well as hospitals, medical office buildings, and senior housing facilities, including assisted living, independent living, and memory care communities. He also represents clients in the acquisition and development of mission-critical assets, including the purchase and financing of data centers.

In addition to his real estate practice, Michael maintains an active pro bono practice supporting underserved communities across a variety of civil legal needs.
