Biography

Megan Aldworth is an associate in the firm’s Commercial Finance practice group, with vast experience in reviewing, drafting, and revising commercial real estate loans for national automotive companies, handling credit lines, and loan transactions totaling more than $50 million. She has drafted loan documents for collateralized and cross‑collateralized obligations financing equipment, buildings, and property purchases, secured by real estate.

Megan previously led a resolution to protect lenders from multimillion‑dollar commercial loan defaults and developed strategies to safeguard clients’ inventory and non‑inventory collateral. She has also represented creditors in disputes and debt restructurings, achieving settlements, and managed restructuring matters, including advising clients on out‑of‑court settlements.
