McKay Ozuna’s practice is concentrated in real estate, commercial and construction law. He assists a wide variety of clients ranging from lenders, landowners, developers, tenants, general contractors to real estate investment trusts (REITs) and asset management firms. McKay assists such clients in matters ranging from commercial development, office and retail leasing, acquisitions and dispositions of real property, title insurance, entitlements and land use issues, real estate financing, and partnerships and joint ventures. McKay’s professional experience and personal background assist him in understanding clients’ needs and developing efficient resolutions to meet those needs.
