Mackenzie E. L. Wong is an associate in the firm’s commercial litigation group where her practice is focused in construction services, personal injury and property damage, consumer financial services litigation, and business commercial litigation. Mackenzie has been involved with representing car dealerships, creditors, and collection agencies in cases involving the Oregon Unlawful Trade Practices Act (UTPA), the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), and other Oregon, Washington, and Federal acts and regulations. Additionally, Mackenzie’s construction practice involves the representation of contractors, developers, and property owners in a variety of circumstances.
