Biography

Kathleen Sullivan Esposito has over 25 years’ of experience advising clients of large energy companies and financial institutions in the power, gas, and renewable energy sectors. Her practice focuses on transaction structuring, documentation, and negotiation, including tax equity financing and partnership and project agreements. These include complex transactions, litigation, finance, commodities, tax, derivatives, and regulatory matters.

Kathleen regularly works with counterparts and management at the highest corporate levels. As such, she is well-positioned to help clients achieve their objectives.

Kathleen is licensed to practice in New York and Massachusetts. She is not admitted to practice in Arizona.

  • While living in Crested Butte, Colorado, Kathleen also served on the board of Living Journeys, an organization that provides emotional, financial and travel support to local individuals diagnosed with cancer.
