Kate Pokorski advises on various corporate, securities, finance and other transactional matters. She represents buyers and sellers in a broad range of transactions, including early-stage investing, asset and stock acquisitions, mergers, and private equity transactions. She has experience with commercial contracting, including shareholder and partnership agreements, vendor and customer contracts, sport sponsorship agreements, and service provider contracts. Kate represents public and private companies in a variety of industries, including healthcare, cannabis, manufacturing, technology and sports and entertainment.
