Josh Miller is a member of the firm’s Environmental and Natural Resources Practice Group. His practice focuses on energy, natural resources, mining, regulatory affairs, and water law, with particular experience counseling clients on water administration, regulatory compliance, and development projects.
Before joining Snell & Wilmer, Josh served as an associate at the Larry H. Miller Company, where he advised on a broad range of matters, including home health and hospice operations, real estate development, corporate and risk management, and class action litigation. He also has experience in tax valuation appeals, litigation research, and pro bono representation.
