Jonathan Manning focuses his practice in commercial finance. In his practice, Jonathan represents regional and national lenders in transactions to finance strategic acquisition and development of real estate, new construction, and franchises. Additionally, Jonathan works with qualified opportunity funds and asset managers by drafting services agreements and advising on regulatory compliance on federal state, and municipal levels.
