Jacob Valdez is an associate in the firm’s Labor and Employment Practice Group. He defends clients against a wide range of labor and employment claims, including claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination. Jacob also defends clients against claims for alleged violations of state and federal wage laws. In addition, Jacob advises clients regarding employee handbooks and policies, leave requests, and compliance with state and federal employment laws.
Jacob received his B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania and his J.D. from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University. Jacob is licensed to practice law in the state of Arizona.
