Biography

EJ Odigwe is an associate in the Special Litigation and Compliance Practice Group. His practice primarily focuses on healthcare litigation, compliance, and regulation for healthcare organizations and providers.

Prior to joining Snell & Wilmer, EJ spent five years as a litigation associate at an AmLaw 200 law firm. EJ defended pharmaceutical, medical device, tobacco/cigarette, and other manufacturers in complex product liability and mass tort cases in federal and state courts across the country. EJ handled all phases of discovery, including deposing over 40 plaintiffs and fact witnesses in various jurisdictions across the country. EJ was also a member of six trial teams that represented Fortune 500 companies in multi-week, high-stakes jury trials. During his five years at his prior firm, EJ developed extensive knowledge and experience with all stages of litigation and trial.

EJ received his J.D. from the University of Notre Dame Law School. EJ completed his B.A. in Ethnicity & Race Studies (with a Concentration in Public Health) at Columbia University and further received his M.S. in Health Care Administration & Policy from Arizona State University.
