Hayley represents clients in a wide range of bankruptcy issues, including stay relief, contested confirmation, and adversary actions, while also offering seasoned guidance to secured creditors in collateral recovery and repayment efforts. Hayley’s prowess extends to defending clients in bankruptcy courts, encompassing automatic stay and discharge injunction violations, as well as providing adept conflict resolution during bankruptcy proceedings.
In addition, she further possesses significant experience representing companies and financial institutions in complex commercial litigation in state and federal courts, as well as in arbitration proceedings. Hayley’s experience also extends to representing employers in cases involving ADA, FCA, FMLA, and Title VII, as well as skillfully handling disputes involving contract and tort claims, lender liability, mortgage lending, foreclosures, and diverse lending and credit concerns.
