Biography

Hannah-Kaye Fleming is an associate in the firm’s litigation, investigations, and trials practice group.

Hannah-Kaye advises clients on various complex commercial litigation disputes. She has represented clients in federal and state court proceedings across a wide range of industries including finance, banking, real estate, employment, and intellectual property. In addition, Hannah-Kaye assists clients in navigating bankruptcy and related state and federal court debtor and creditor rights litigation. Her experience includes representing debtors, secured creditors, unsecured creditors, and other parties in various bankruptcy matters.

Hannah-Kaye received her J.D. from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University and her B.S. in Health Administration from Auburn University. Prior to joining the firm, she clerked for the Honorable Daniel P. Collins at the United States Bankruptcy Court, District of Arizona.

Hannah-Kaye is licensed to practice law in the state of Arizona.
