Gonzalo Bugeda Salido is an associate in Snell & Wilmer’s Tucson office and a member of the firm’s Bankruptcy, Insolvency, and Business Reorganization Practice Group. He represents creditors in bankruptcy proceedings and brings substantial cross-border experience in turnaround matters, grounded in his practice as a licensed attorney in Mexico.
Prior to joining Snell & Wilmer, Gonzalo practiced as an associate at Palacios Cervantes Abogados, S.C. in Mexico City, where he focused on bankruptcy, debt collection, and commercial matters, primarily representing debtor companies in reorganization proceedings and advising foreign creditors on the enforcement of their rights in turnaround matters.
Drawing on his prior practice in Mexico City, Gonzalo offers clients a distinct advantage in Chapter 15 cases involving the recognition and enforcement of foreign insolvency proceedings, as well as in matters requiring the collection of debts and liquidation of assets located in Mexico.
