Faith Liveoak’s practice is concentrated in estate planning, trust and probate administration, state and local taxation, and federal taxation. As an estate planner, Faith assists clients with building their estate plan by drafting wills, durable powers of attorney, advanced healthcare directives, and various types of trusts. Faith also guides personal representatives through the probate administration process. As a member of the firm’s tax practice, Faith advises clients on California and Federal tax concerns, including those related to gift tax, estate tax, income tax, sales and use tax, and property tax.
