Estefanía Soto focuses her practice in advising foreign investors and developers in real estate, corporate and commercial transactions, in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, closings, trusts, agreements and immigration. She has been involved in many kinds of real estate transactions and in the urbanistic development of the principal touristic destinations in Mexico, including Los Cabos, Cancún and Puerto Vallarta. Estefanía has deep understanding of administrative rules and regulations, environmental matters, zoning and of the processes before governmental offices, as she worked in Federal and State Courts in Mexico specialized in these areas.
