Estefanía Soto focuses her practice in advising foreign investors and developers in real estate, corporate and commercial transactions, in areas such as acquisitions, closings, trusts and agreements. She also has considerable experience in immigration and intellectual property matters.
Ms. Soto has been involved in the urbanistic development of Guadalajara, Jalisco, and has a deep understanding of the administrative rules and regulations, zoning and due diligence as well as the processes to be followed in federal, state and municipal offices as she has worked in Federal and State Courts in Mexico specialized on these matters.
She has extensive experience in dealing with all kinds of real estate transactions throughout Mexico, in places such as Los Cabos, Cancún and Puerto Vallarta, as well as in structuring, incorporating and handling the day-to-day legal needs of corporations, associations and condominium regimes.
