Estefanía Soto focuses her practice in advising foreign investors and developers in real estate, corporate and commercial transactions, in areas such as acquisitions, closings, trusts and agreements.
Ms. Soto has been involved in all kinds of real estate transactions and in the urbanistic development of the main touristic destinations in Mexico, in places such as Los Cabos, Cancún and Puerto Vallarta, having a deep understanding of the administrative rules and regulations, zoning, due diligence and of the processes before federal, state and municipal offices as she worked in Federal and State Courts in Mexico specialized on these matters.
She has considerable experience in structuring, incorporating and handling the day-to-day legal needs of corporations, associations and condominium regimes, as well as in immigration matters.
