Erik Foley is a member of the firm’s commercial litigation practice group. His practice is focused in real property litigation involving mechanics liens and HOA disputes.
Erik also has experience in aviation litigation. He is a U.S. Air Force veteran who began his military career as a maintainer of complex avionic systems, advancing to supervisor of maintenance for the 14 F-15E aircraft.
Represented a licensed contractor on multiple mechanics’ lien related to actions
Represented a HOA for litigation matters and HOA management
Represented a large bank for an appeal of an interpleader matter in the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit
Represented a pro bono client in a punitive damages case against an automobile repair shop
Represented a pro bono client in the Family Division of the Eighth Judicial District Court of Nevada
Represented a helicopter tour company in a dispute regarding damages caused by an off-airport emergency landing
