Emma Keyser focuses her practice in real estate. She has a diverse legal and real estate background, having served as corporate counsel at a leading development and property management company specializing in the multifamily, retail and hospitality sectors. Her experience includes real estate development, acquisitions and dispositions, landlord/tenant issues, FHA/ADA compliance, leasing, debt and equity financing, 1031 exchanges and complex contract negotiations. She has also advised on general legal issues, including corporate governance, commercial contracts, employment agreements, and confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements.
