David Vollmer is an associate in Snell & Wilmer’s Real Estate Practice Group. His practice focuses on a broad range of real estate transactions, with an emphasis on development and construction matters. David’s transactional experience encompasses title and survey, acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, financing, construction contracts, and master planned community development. He also has experience working on land use, energy, and environmental matters, and he has advised on related transactional and regulatory issues through his prior roles in both private and public sector settings.
