David Boyer is a member of the firm’s Real Estate Practice Group, focusing on commercial leasing and real estate portfolio management. He represents owners, developers, investors, and operating businesses across industries including agribusiness, healthcare, and manufacturing, with a concentration in the western United States.
David’s practice centers on retail, office, industrial, and specialty leasing, where he helps landlords and tenants develop leasing programs that align with operational goals and long-term asset performance. He regularly advises clients on portfolio-wide leasing strategy, risk allocation, and asset optimization, supporting both single-asset and multi-property portfolios. His practice also includes acquisitions and dispositions, joint ventures, and commercial financing, often in coordination with broader portfolio and operational objectives.
He has experience with complex title and survey matters, environmental issues, and distressed assets, and brings a practical, owner-oriented perspective shaped by his background as a real estate investor. David works closely with lenders, brokers, property managers, and other advisors to help clients manage risk and maximize value across their real estate holdings.
