Creighton Mills has wide-ranging responsibility as the senior Orange County member of the firm's real estate department. His experience includes negotiating and drafting purchase and sale documents for raw land, commercial, industrial, hotel, and residential properties; real property secured transactions, including construction loans, permanent loans, loan workouts, and foreclosures; lease transactions for both lessors and lessees in commercial, retail, and industrial properties; transactions relating to the development of real property; and evaluation of environmental issues relating to real estate transactions.
