Cody Bourke’s practice is concentrated on commercial litigation and natural resources. He has represented clients in state and federal court in a wide variety of litigation matters including oil and gas litigation, contract disputes and environmental litigation. Cody has also represented a client regarding the implementation of air quality rules for oil and gas operations in Colorado.
