Christopher Barry is a commercial finance associate. His practice focuses on the representation of lenders and borrowers in middle-market commercial credit transactions. He has broad experience in syndicated and bilateral financing arrangements, real estate secured, cash flow, and asset backed loan transactions. Christopher is also experienced in real estate and corporate matters. He has advised clients on the purchase and sale of commercial real estate, commercial leases, corporate governance issues, mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and other general business matters. Prior to practicing law, Christopher worked for a global investment bank in the financial services industry.

Represented the administrative agent for a $70 million revolving credit facility to an e-commerce company

Represented the administrative agent in a $55 million acquisition financing arrangement
Represented the borrower in a $20 million working capital facility
Represented the administrative agent in the negotiation of a split-collateral intercreditor arrangement
Represented the buyer group in its acquisition of a business services company
Represented an institutional shareholder in a follow-on equity investment in a payment processing company
Represented the issuer of secured notes in capital raising and blue-sky law compliance matters
Served as outside counsel to an owner/operator of outdoor mall space in Southern California
