Christina Poletti is an associate in the firm’s Real Estate Practice Group, where she counsels clients on a wide range of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, property development, leasing, and financing matters.

In addition to her real estate practice, Christina has experience representing clients in asset purchase and sale transactions, including those in the automotive and franchise restaurant industries.

Christina takes a holistic approach to her practice, recognizing the complexity of clients’ business needs and priorities and striving to deliver thoughtful and creative solutions.
