Biography

Chelsea Kaminski is an associate attorney in the firm’s Intellectual Property Practice Group, where she focuses on trademark prosecution and enforcement. She works closely with clients to monitor trademark applications and registrations, counsel on potential infringement issues, and develop strategies to protect and strengthen brand portfolios.

Chelsea received her J.D. from American University Washington College of Law. During law school, she served as a Student Attorney in the Glushko-Samuelson Intellectual Property Law Clinic, where she gained hands-on experience advising clients on trademark and other intellectual property matters. Chelsea is licensed to practice in the District of Columbia, with her practice limited to federal trademark matters, and is a member of the International Trademark Association and the American Bar Association.
