Carlie Tovrea's practice is concentrated in commercial litigation with significant emphasis on the representation of financial institutions. She has worked on garnishments, subpoena responses, consumer lending matters, Fair Credit Reporting Act (“FCRA”) claims, contract disputes, tort claims, and other general litigation issues. Carlie has experience defending insurance companies in insurance bad faith litigation, litigating real estate disputes, and conducting internal investigations relating to officer and director liability. She also advises and represents organizations relating to issues involving cyber security and data privacy.
