Brynn Bohlender is an Urban Planner who provides entitlement and development services for the Firm’s clients, supporting projects through all phases of the land use and municipal approval process. Her experience includes land use research, due diligence, zoning analysis, entitlement processing, and development review for rezonings, site plan approvals, variances, use permits, annexations, and general plan amendments. Brynn also coordinates with clients, consultants, public agencies, and municipal staff to facilitate project approvals and support public engagement efforts, including neighborhood outreach, public noticing, and public hearing coordination. Her municipal planning background includes development application review, GIS-based mapping and noticing, ordinance implementation, and Planning Commission administration.
Brynn also serves as Vice Chair of Communications for the American Planning Association – Utah Chapter, where she supports chapter-wide communications, professional outreach, and planning initiatives throughout Utah.
