Brett Thorpe's practice is focused in corporate and securities. Brett has advised public entities on SEC regulations and NYSE listing requirements, including drafting Form 8-K reports, press releases, Form 3 reports, proxy solicitation materials, cleansing PIPE investors and drafting SEC No Action Letters. During the COVID-19 pandemic, he researched and drafted client alerts related to SEC compliance. Brett also worked on various pro bono projects including nonprofit LLC formation and board training, landlord/tenant law housing crisis center, and election law response center.
