Brett Rufer's practice is concentrated in real estate and business transactions, including purchase and sale transactions, commercial leasing, and land development and use issues. Brett has represented clients in all aspects and phases of commercial transactions, including project development and acquisitions and dispositions of various commercial properties, including single and multi-family residential projects, retail, office, and hotels and resorts. He has also worked on a variety of related real estate matters, including title analysis, land use and zoning issues.
