Biography

Benjamin Woodruff is counsel in the firm’s Litigation, Investigations, and Trials Practice Group. He has represented a broad spectrum of clients – from multinational corporations to individuals – in complex commercial and bankruptcy-related disputes, as well as matters involving torts and constitutional claims. He has extensive experience with depositions, discovery, experts, and motion practice. Ben maintains a strong pro bono practice, with significant experience supporting vulnerable and underserved communities.

Ben works with his clients to manage active matters, anticipate new matters, and prepare for potential future disputes. He is known for managing teams effectively and collaborating closely with clients to achieve their goals.
