Biography

Angela Kim is a member of the firm’s Corporate and Securities Practice Group, where she focuses on a variety of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, SEC reporting, corporate governance, and other general securities and corporate transactions.

Angela regularly assists clients with compliance matters, SEC filings (e.g., Form 10-K, Form 10-Q, Form 8-K, proxy), various transaction documents, due diligence reviews, drafting shareholder and director approvals, and entity and organization formations.

Prior to joining Snell & Wilmer, Angela worked in biomedical research and managed her family’s business operations in Tucson, Arizona.
