Amelie Messingham’s practice is concentrated in commercial finance and real estate. She regularly represents financial institutions on a wide range of matters, including real estate secured lending transactions, construction loans, hotel loans, loan sales, and loan restructures and workouts. Amelie has significant experience providing legal services with respect to commercial real estate acquisition matters.
Represented national lender and performed all due diligence, documentation and negotiations in connection with a $36 million loan secured by several pieces of real property in Connecticut
Represented national lender with respect to the consolidation, restatement and restructure of loans in the aggregate amount of $100 million secured by real estate in Nevada and Arizona
