Amanda McKinlay focuses her practice in commercial litigation and defends her clients in high-exposure construction defect and construction-site accident claims. Amanda has extensive experience in construction litigation and counseling, and has represented owners, general contractors and subcontractors in individual and multi-party claims involving alleged construction defects, premises liability, breach of contract and complex business disputes.

Amanda also has experience analyzing insurance claims, policy languages and coverage issues, and representing insurers in first- and third-party coverage disputes, including bad faith actions.
