Amanda McKinlay is a seasoned litigation attorney with over 15 years of experience representing clients in complex commercial, business, real estate, construction, and community association disputes. Throughout her career, she has guided clients through all phases of litigation — from pre-suit negotiations and discovery through motion practice, trial, and appeal. She has represented individuals, businesses, builders/developers, and community associations in state and federal court, as well as in mediation and arbitration proceedings. - Construction and Development Disputes: Counsel in construction and design defect claims, delay and disruption disputes, payment and breach of contract, insurance and indemnity claims, and other contractual disputes arising out of construction projects.
