Alonso Sandoval is a senior, Mexican-licensed attorney who advises U.S. and international clients on real estate and corporate mergers and acquisitions (M&A) across the U.S.–Mexico market. His real estate work spans the industrial, retail, commercial, and residential sectors—acquisitions and dispositions, development, complex leasing, and condominium structures—while his M&A practice covers sophisticated domestic and cross-border transactions in automotive, telecommunications, travel and hospitality, paper and packaging, and apparel. Fluent in English and Spanish, he bridges Mexican and U.S. legal practice for clients investing in either direction. His deep familiarity with both legal systems allows him to guide clients seamlessly through cross-border matters involving Mexican and U.S. regulatory frameworks.
Alonso is also an active member of his community supporting the formation of Refugio Voz que Clama, A.C., a nonprofit organization based in Los Cabos that serves underserved residents of San José del Cabo. He has provided guidance on the organization’s establishment as a civil association (A.C.) under Mexican law, as well as its day-to-day operations. In addition, Alonso dedicates time to providing pro bono legal services to individuals and organizations in need.
